We are a team that has grown up with a fortune-telling culture since childhood. Since 2018, we have tried all fortune-telling applications and embarked on a deep research.

In these past years, we have made countless attempts to create falabella, interviewed countless users. We analyzed the industry, listened to users and finally created the best fortune telling app ever.

Product Ownership:

• Led a cross-functional team to continuously analyze competition and conduct usability tests, ensuring a cutting-edge customer experience and driving the app to [+20K downloads].

• Owned the entire product lifecycle, from concept to development, enhancing user engagement and filling market gaps innovatively.

Key Implementations:

• Built a fully functional Support Chat feature incorporating realtime chat, photo sending, and photo

  compression, improving user engagement and support efficiency.

• Conceptualized and developed a unique Coffee Fortune Creation feature using a paragraph creation

  algorithm, keyword creator, and Unsplash API for keyword photos, enhancing app uniqueness and user interaction.

Technical Contributions:

• Led the integration of Cloud functions for user registration, account deletion, and fortune-telling features, using TypeScript and NodeJS, streamlining backend operations.

• Implemented a Flutter Web-based admin panel for text importing to database, keyword extraction, Translate API integration, and custom metrics dashboard, optimizing administrative workflows.

Tech Stack Enhancement:

• Integrated Image Recognition with ML Model for coffee cup and grounds detection, advancing app's core functionality.

• Proficient with Firebase suite (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics), Provider, Riverpod for State Management, Adapty for Subscription System, and MVVM design pattern, ensuring robust backend infrastructure and seamless user experience.
